About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the local payroll responsible and subject matter expert for Colombia and Perú.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Lead successful integration into the Leap29 global payroll system.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance workplace culture and engagement.
  • Develop and communicate a clear HR strategy for Colombia and Perú.
  • Act as a key driver for global HR projects, adapting them to local contexts.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment for critical roles.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a regional or multi-country setting.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and labor regulations in LATAM.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
