Payroll & HR Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the local payroll responsible and subject matter expert for Colombia and Perú.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with local labor laws.
- Lead successful integration into the Leap29 global payroll system.
- Drive initiatives to enhance workplace culture and engagement.
- Develop and communicate a clear HR strategy for Colombia and Perú.
- Act as a key driver for global HR projects, adapting them to local contexts.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment for critical roles.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a regional or multi-country setting.
- Familiarity with HR practices and labor regulations in LATAM.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
