About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and drive business process transformation strategy and roadmap for respective Division
  • Identify opportunities for automation initiatives and champion process integration to enhance operational efficiency in medium to high complexity projects
  • Lead end to end transversal business process transformation project initiatives for respective assigned Divisions
  • Define and implement a robust global business process governance framework, including clear process ownership, roles, and responsibilities
  • Own the completeness and accuracy of process repository and documentation for assigned Division
  • Initiate regular business process reviews of assigned Division to ensure relevance to business changes and sync up with digital/systems capabilities
  • Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track their effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in process management, process improvement in the related domain, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of owning and optimizing business processes across multiple functions or regions.
  • Experience in driving process transformation initiatives, including the use of automation and technology.
