About the role

  • Participate in the implementation of Oracle AR, FA, Tax, and Intercompany modules
  • Validate data mapping for customers, B/L references, and D&D invoicing logic
  • Collaborate with HQ and local teams to ensure smooth e-invoicing via AMS/LMS
  • Lead AR reconciliations, aging reviews, and cash application accuracy
  • Support testing (PB1/UAT), defect tracking, and configuration updates
  • Maintain process documentation and compliance evidence for audits
  • Post-Go-Live Stabilization: Participate in hypercare activities to ensure functional and compliance success.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users during and after the implementation
  • Execute operational finance tasks across AP, AR, IC, Tax, and Reporting using Oracle GFS
  • Perform accurate month-end closings, reconciliations, and GL processing
  • Ensure tax declarations and compliance with local reporting obligations
  • Collaborate with LARO and HQ Finance teams for performance reporting and improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in finance operations or ERP environments
  • Familiarity with AP, AR, GL, IC, FA, Tax modules and e-invoicing platforms
  • Strong Excel proficiency; documentation and process mapping skills required
  • Intermediate to advanced English; native Spanish or Portuguese as applicable
  • Proactive, process-driven, and detail-oriented with good communication skills
