About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across the Human Resources department.
- Supports onboarding, employee records, HR system transactions, recruitment coordination, employee communications, and general HR department operations.
- Serves as an initial point of contact for routine employee and applicant questions.
- Ensures that requests are directed to the appropriate HR team member.
- Tracks candidate status and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinates pre-employment and onboarding activities after an offer has been accepted.
- Maintains accurate recruiting records and candidate files.
- Assists with personnel-file, I-9, benefits, training, and HR data audits.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of administrative, customer service, office, recruiting, payroll, healthcare, or Human Resources support experience preferred.
- An associate degree, bachelor’s degree, Human Resources coursework, internship, or relevant professional training may substitute for some experience.
- Entry-level candidates with strong administrative and customer-service capabilities are encouraged to apply.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.
