- The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate projects across Pacific Health Group to ensure timely, efficient, and successful execution of organizational initiatives.\n

- You will work closely with leadership team, outreach teams, communications, and operations to deliver high-impact results—balancing strategic vision with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.\n
- Key Responsibilities\n
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Ensure all projects are due on a timely manner, given due dates.\n
- Strategize and plan ahead for future needs, events, promotions, other aspect of marketing and promotions\n
- Team Coordination & Communication: Facilitate regular project status meetings with internal teams and external partners. Serve as the central point of contact for project updates, risks, and decisions. Promote collaboration and clear communication among cross-functional teams.\n
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track project performance using KPIs. Provide progress reports and presentations to leadership. Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks quickly to keep projects on track.\n
- Process Improvement: Document lessons learned and best practices to improve project efficiency. Recommend and implement process changes to enhance productivity and quality.\n

- Scenario 1: New Program Rollout You coordinate the launch of a new Enhanced Care Management service, managing timelines for marketing materials, staff training, and outreach events. You ensure all departments are aligned, resulting in an on-time launch with strong community participation.\n
- Scenario 2: Event Series Coordination You oversee a series of community health fairs in multiple neighborhoods. You manage vendor contracts, scheduling, marketing promotion, and post-event reporting, ensuring each event meets attendance and engagement goals.\n
- Scenario 3: Technology Upgrade You manage the implementation of a new CRM platform, working with IT and program teams to ensure seamless migration, training, and adoption—minimizing disruption to daily operations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional project management experience, preferably in healthcare, nonprofit, or community services.\n
- Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.\n
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).\n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.\n
- PMP or CAPM certification (preferred).\n
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and community outreach programs (a plus).
