About the role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals across all Pacific Health Group entities.
  • Translate executive vision into scalable marketing initiatives across healthcare, wellness, food service, and creative/technology verticals.
  • Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics for all marketing activities.
  • Identify new market opportunities, audience segments, and service line expansions.
  • Oversee all marketing functions, including:
  • - Digital Marketing
  • - Graphic Design & Creative Production
  • - Content & Copywriting
  • - Web & Software Development Coordination
  • - Public Relations & Communications
  • - Brand & Reputation Management
  • Manage internal staff, contractors, freelancers, and agency partners.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, patient privacy standards, advertising regulations, and ethical guidelines).
  • Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all entities, platforms, and touchpoints.
  • Lead digital marketing strategy, including:
  • - SEO and SEM
  • - Paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic)
  • - Social media strategy and management
  • - Email marketing and marketing automation
  • - Website optimization and conversion rate optimization
  • Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including leadership in multi-brand or multi-entity environments.
  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing or regulated industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, analytics, and content strategy.
  • Experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.
