About the role
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all projects are due on a timely manner, given due dates.
- Strategize and plan ahead for future needs, events, promotions, other aspect of marketing and promotions
- Facilitate regular project status meetings with internal teams and external partners.
- Serve as the central point of contact for project updates, risks, and decisions.
- Promote collaboration and clear communication among cross-functional teams.
- Track project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide progress reports and presentations to leadership.
- Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks quickly to keep projects on track.
- Document lessons learned and best practices to improve project efficiency.
- Recommend and implement process changes to enhance productivity and quality.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional project management experience, preferably in healthcare, nonprofit, or community services.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- PMP or CAPM certification (preferred).
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and community outreach programs (a plus).
