About the role
- Performs asset management and engineering work in support of gas transmission operations
- Solves complex problems by developing and utilizing new and innovative engineering design and technical solutions
- Leads teams from multiple organizations and/or vendors for system, programmatic or complex repairs, investigations or other efforts
- Completes assignments of broad scope and complexity with few precedents or standards and assignments that require integration of information from a variety of sources
- Takes ownership of problems and their solutions
Requirements
- BS Engineering or equivalent experience
- Five (5) years of relevant experience
- Oil or gas experience (transmission) with design, maintenance, construction and/or operations
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Knowledge of applicable engineering principles, codes, regulations, policies and procedures related to the industry and PG&E
