About the role
- Develop proactive solutions for PG&E’s future under senior engineer’s guidance.
- Support the Distribution Overhead Asset Strategy Engineering and electric operations asset management teams.
- Analyze outages caused by distribution overhead equipment failures.
- Update and manage asset management databases to identify emerging threats.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement of Asset Management Standards and Procedures.
Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil, Mechanical or other Engineering degree.
- Basic knowledge in engineering research and testing concepts, theories, practices, methods, techniques.
- Basic investigative skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Collaboration and teamwork.
- Comfortable with computers: familiar with MS Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint.
