About the role
- Partner with leaders across the enterprise to drive high performance and execute business goals and priorities.
- Lead a team of analysts, focusing on continuous improvement and skills development.
- Provide expert financial advice and analyze functional area monthly financial results, briefing leadership on key cost drivers and other issues.
- Act as the Investment Planning lead for the Corporate Services 5-year Business Plan Deployment Process.
- Work closely with peer managers, other departments outside of Finance Enterprise Reporting & Analytics, and others across the enterprise leadership team on the assessment of value-creating improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or Finance; or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience leading and developing teams
- 5 years in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, or related experience
- Strong experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI
- Working knowledge of SAP R3, SAP BW
- MBA, CPA and/or CFA preferred.
