Shape Executive Communications: Develop and deliver impactful compliance communications for executive forums, translating complexity into clarity for senior leaders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business administration or job-related field or equivalent related work experience.
10 years of relevant work experience with steady progression of responsibilities.
2 years of leadership experience.
Prior involvement with regulatory audits, inspections, or filings.
Expertise in enterprise risk management frameworks.
5+ years in a leadership role leading cross-functional teams.
Direct experience in utility compliance, operations or related programs.
Professional Engineer (P.E.).
Lean Six Sigma Certification.
Project Management Professional (PMP).
Quality Management Systems certification (e.g., ISO 9001, ASQ).
Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner.
Deep knowledge of utility regulatory frameworks (e.g., CPUC, FERC, NERC, WECC) and how they inform enterprise compliance strategy.
Proven ability to design and lead implementation of compliance governance models that drive operational alignment and accountability.
Strong understanding of utility operations and asset management, with the ability to translate regulatory expectations into field-executable strategy.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, high-impact initiatives through risk-based planning, change leadership, and strategic execution.
Skilled in interpreting and operationalizing emerging regulatory trends to inform proactive, forward-looking compliance strategies.
Executive communication skills and presence, with experience delivering high-impact presentations and updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Ability to align compliance strategy with enterprise goals, influencing direction across functions through collaboration, insight, and strategic clarity.
