About the role
- Organizing Stakeholder Meetings: Arranging and leading kick-off meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating Data Requests: Breaking down pre-audit data requirements, assigning questions to the right business units.
- Quality Control: Reviewing all submitted data for completeness and accuracy.
- Facilitating Audit Walkthroughs: Planning and leading on-site reviews and documenting observations.
- Managing Additional Data Requests: Handling new or follow-up data requests.
- Responding to Audit Findings: Developing responses and improvement plans based on final audit reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of relevant working experience
- 4 years of experience in compliance (preferably with CPUC)
- PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification
- Experience conducting audits and ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Ability to visualize, analyze, and optimize workflows across diverse functions.
- Skilled in developing clear, concise guidance documents and standard operating procedures.
- Certified in Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or recognized as a Certified Problem Solver.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments.
