About the role
- Conduct needs analysis, review existing learning options, and facilitate discussions to recommend cost-effective learning and performance support solutions.
- Work across lines of business to complete cross functional, complex, high priority learning solutions.
- Lead and oversee the design and development of eLearning, instructor-led training, and performance support in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Manage the assignment and quality of design work to ensure that learning solutions are on time, on target and on budget.
- Monitor and report out on learning effectiveness and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Liberal Arts, or related degree/field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5 or more years of Instructional Design or Communications or Teaching or Training experience required.
- Experience in designing and developing curriculum for cross-functional projects.
- Experience working on small to mid-size projects and/or training programs.
