About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Good communication and a strong focus on user support;
Log tickets and route them to the technical team;
Monitor, respond to and update base tickets, preventing queues that could compromise the SLA;
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS);
Create and update public and private knowledge base articles;
Plan, design and execute manual and automated test scenarios, ensuring adequate coverage of functional and technical requirements;
Create and maintain test cases and test scripts (test scenarios/test cases);
Develop and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript with Jest/Cypress;
Execute API (REST) tests, validating system integrations and data consistency;
Perform regression, exploratory, functional and acceptance testing, supporting continuous validation of deliverables;
Analyze functional and technical requirements, contributing to the definition of acceptance criteria and test strategies;
Document AS-IS and TO-BE flows according to scope;
Identify, report and track defects, supporting the team in root cause analysis and continuous improvement;
Support the integration of tests into the CI/CD pipeline (Git, Docker), ensuring efficiency and traceability;
Run queries and validations on databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to support testing activities;
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in technical support
Experience with manual and automated testing
Proficiency in test automation using Jest/Cypress
Experience with API testing (REST)
Hands-on experience with Git and Docker
Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases
Experience at test levels: Integration, System and Acceptance
Experience with test types: Unit, Integration and End-to-End
Strong knowledge of test strategies and techniques
Experience working with Scrum methodology
