About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and evolve the solution positioning considering multiple audiences (B2B and B2C)
  • Translate technical features into clear value propositions for different user profiles
  • Define key messages, storytelling and communication territories adapted for each audience
  • Ensure narrative consistency across the entire journey
  • Plan product launch and evolution strategies considering both B2B and B2C journeys
  • Structure acquisition, activation and expansion campaigns
  • Set priorities based on impact to the business and end users
  • Act as a bridge between Product (roadmap and technical evolution), Sales (B2B clients, negotiation and objections) and Marketing (content, campaigns and channels)
  • Incorporate end-user insights into the positioning strategy
  • Support product decisions with market perspective and user behavior
  • Define communication territories and editorial lines for different audiences
  • Create strategic briefs for social media and content
  • Ensure alignment between content, positioning and business objectives
  • Evaluate the quality and adherence of deliverables
  • Structure inbound and B2B lead nurturing strategies
  • Support end-user (B2C) engagement and activation strategies
  • Design integrated journeys across acquisition, activation and retention
  • Work with media and sales to optimize the funnel and conversion
  • Monitor product and marketing KPIs across multiple layers (B2B and B2C)
  • Generate insights from usage, behavior and conversion data
  • Propose continuous improvements in messaging, campaigns and experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of prior marketing experience, with work in product marketing or related areas
  • Familiarity with digital products (SaaS, technology, AI)
  • Experience in campaign planning and go-to-market strategies
  • Hands-on experience with inbound marketing and conversion funnels
  • Analytical skills to read metrics and inform decision-making
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in the healthcare or education sector
  • Experience with digital products or edtech
  • Knowledge of product launch strategies
