About the role

  • Plan, manage, and monitor projects related to the development of platforms, applications, or other digital educational solutions.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and scope, aligned with the EdTech's strategic objectives.
  • Communicate with multidisciplinary teams (designers, developers, education specialists, and other stakeholders) to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Apply agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional (PMBOK, Prince2) project management methodologies as appropriate to the context.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success.
  • Promote effective communication among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties remain aligned.
  • Ensure complete project documentation for organizational learning and control.
  • Structure academic scope to ensure pedagogical and strategic alignment.
  • Conduct academic reviews of content in multiple formats (e-books, video lessons, courses, audiovisual scripts, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Pedagogy, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in technology or education environments.
  • Knowledge of educational platforms, user experience (UX), and technology trends in the education sector.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and with diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in the EdTech market or the education sector.
  • Ability to interpret learning metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Proficiency in English or other languages to liaise with international partners.
