About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Input information from vendor safety data sheets into a hazard communication database
- Review global chemical regulations and determine their application for various products
- Search for SDS sheets of raw materials
- Fill in missing or incorrect information in SDS sheets
- Contact vendors as needed
- Work with vendors to seek out chemical information
- Learn global chemical regulations for a wide range of materials in a non-laboratory position
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new computer software
- Customer service experience preferred
- Monday through Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM
