About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide SDS authoring and regulatory compliance support as it applies to our client’s products
  • Research, author, and review chemical hazard assessments, hazard profiles, product labels, safety data sheets, and other compliance support as requested
  • Author safety data sheets, both U.S. and international SDS experience preferred
  • Review/author hazard communication and other product labels
  • Regulatory literature/data reviews of products and raw materials
  • Other regulatory compliance projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry
  • 5+ years of experience in chemical regulatory, including SDS authoring
  • Ability to interpret global product regulatory and hazard communication concepts
  • Working knowledge of GHS, OSHA, Prop65, TSCA, and other applicable regulations
  • Consumer label experience is a plus
  • Independently works within specific computer systems and databases
  • Can manage multiple client projects, including set up, data collection, and on-time delivery of requested deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working in a client facing role
