About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for administrative support for the Project Management Team
Act as a liaison regarding client project needs and provide guidance
Oversee, review, complete, and process various project management forms
Assist with client contact, verification of accurate sample check-in, and monitoring analysis status
Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager
Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system
Set up accounts within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related field
Three (3) years of customer service/support experience
Knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of customer service
Familiarity with computer applications and systems related to the work
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse socio-economic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds
Proficient in proper business English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
