About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting the Sales Operating model and Sales Strategies by providing analysis support
Managing customer quotation data and sources
Reporting quote metrics and assigned market activity
Maintaining the CRM and pricing databases
Building and supplying pricing and quotation related tracking reports, analyses, dashboards, and market analyses from Salesforce
Developing quotations and proposals in support of organic sales growth
Preparing materials for and participating in sales team meetings/calls
Providing data about market segments, business activity, and success rates
Creating and maintaining pricelists for each market in assigned territory
Developing reports and suggesting improvements within the CRM system
Supporting the sales team with additional information to win business
Acting in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a closely related field
Two (2) years of sales support and market experience
Intermediate to complex principles, practices and techniques of sales and market analysis
Various understanding of the administration and oversight of sales and market programs, policies and procedures
Intermediate to complex methods to resolve sales and market problems, questions and concerns
Various understanding of applicable sales and market laws, codes and regulations
Computer applications and systems related to the work
Principles and practices to serving as an effective project team member
