Business Development Executive – Premium & Lifestyle

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and develop strategic channels aligned with the brand's positioning;
- Manage key accounts and build relationships with new partners;
- Identify opportunities to expand new business across premium, sports, wellness, corporate, wholesale and lifestyle segments;
- Lead commercial negotiations ensuring profitability and value creation for both parties;
- Develop strategic partnerships with companies, networks, experience providers and other channels that align with the PACCO universe;
- Work closely with trade marketing to maximize the brand's presence across channels;
- Create development plans for each client/channel and monitor their progress;
- Monitor performance indicators, portfolio evolution and growth potential;
- Analyze market trends, competitors and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities;
- Attend events, trade shows and networking activities to strengthen PACCO's institutional presence;
- Keep the sales funnel and CRM records up to date;
- Prepare commercial presentations and strategic proposals for partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed; MBA or postgraduate studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Advertising, Commercial Management or other related business fields;
- Advantage: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management, Business Development, Sales Management, Negotiation or related areas;
- Experience with premium, sports and/or lifestyle brands;
- Proven track record in new business development;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Proactive 'hunter' profile: analytical, dynamic, innovative and with a strategic market vision.
