Business Intelligence Developer

• Lead the design and development of analytics solutions that address complex business questions
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines by integrating, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources
• Partner with senior leadership to define KPIs and measurement frameworks for strategic initiatives
• Define and operationalize the detailed tracking of company-wide, team-specific, and product-specific performance metrics via dashboards and automated reporting
• Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations and present findings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

• Pacaso is seeking a Director of Home Integration & Design to lead the end-to-end delivery of homes from acquisition through Pacaso Stay Ready / Delivered.
• This role owns the operating model, teams, and systems that enable homes to be delivered on brand, on time, and on budget.
• The Director manages the teams responsible for design, sourcing, procurement, logistics, onboarding, and portfolio programs, and serves as the connective leader ensuring these functions operate as a single, coordinated engine.
• In addition to new home onboarding, this role oversees furniture and OS&E replacement programs across the existing portfolio and supports special initiatives.
• This is a senior leadership role focused on scaling the business—by strengthening teams, improving processes, implementing systems, and driving clarity, accountability, and performance across home integration.
