About the role
- Sales activities and revenue responsibility: Responsible for the successful development of your customer portfolio and actively driving new business.
- Customer support and relationship management: Build trusting customer relationships and provide tailored solutions.
- Quotation and contract negotiations: Prepare compelling proposals and conduct professional price and contract negotiations.
- Market and competitor analysis: Identify sales opportunities, market potential and trends.
- Reporting and documentation: Prepare sales and visit reports using the CRM system.
- Collaboration with internal interfaces: Involve internal departments in your work.
- Representation and presentation: Represent Paaschburg & Wunderlich and present the product portfolio at trade shows, industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in field sales or key account management, ideally in the motorcycle, powersports or automotive industry
- Relevant vocational training, degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in pricing and dealer/distributor agreements
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is an advantage
- Very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage for international markets
- Basic understanding of marketing activities to support promotions and dealer campaigns
- Willingness to travel frequently for dealer visits, trade shows and events
- Sales-driven mindset: motivated, organized, independent, customer-focused, results- and solution-oriented, communicative, resilient and eager to learn
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
