About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sales activities and revenue responsibility: Responsible for the successful development of your customer portfolio and actively driving new business.
  • Customer support and relationship management: Build trusting customer relationships and provide tailored solutions.
  • Quotation and contract negotiations: Prepare compelling proposals and conduct professional price and contract negotiations.
  • Market and competitor analysis: Identify sales opportunities, market potential and trends.
  • Reporting and documentation: Prepare sales and visit reports using the CRM system.
  • Collaboration with internal interfaces: Involve internal departments in your work.
  • Representation and presentation: Represent Paaschburg & Wunderlich and present the product portfolio at trade shows, industry events and conferences.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in field sales or key account management, ideally in the motorcycle, powersports or automotive industry
  • Relevant vocational training, degree or equivalent qualification
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly in pricing and dealer/distributor agreements
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is an advantage
  • Very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage for international markets
  • Basic understanding of marketing activities to support promotions and dealer campaigns
  • Willingness to travel frequently for dealer visits, trade shows and events
  • Sales-driven mindset: motivated, organized, independent, customer-focused, results- and solution-oriented, communicative, resilient and eager to learn
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
