Own, manage, and drive optimization of PAEA’s entire SFDC platform
Establish, implement, and follow best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity
Create, maintain, and support custom objects, workflows, process builders, approvals, and assignment rules
Work with leadership to design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements to Salesforce
Design, implement, and maintain a governance structure for data security
Support annual SOC audit and security compliance measures
Mentor, train, and instruct SFDC users in CRM best practices

Requirements

5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including custom apps and objects
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Demonstrated communication skills, a positive attitude, team player, and ability to achieve set targets
Documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
