About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You provide support to end users in 1st and 2nd level support
- You analyze technical issues and find pragmatic solutions
- You install, configure, and maintain clients, peripheral devices, and mobile endpoints
- You assist in the operation of Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, and network components
- You help manage user accounts, permissions, and Group Policies
- You ensure IT issues are properly documented and resolved in a sustainable manner
- You take part in smaller infrastructure projects
- You support migrations, rollouts, and system adjustments
- You process support requests in a structured manner via a ticketing system
- You monitor systems, identify anomalies, and initiate appropriate measures
- You contribute to the further development of internal IT processes
- You will progressively develop toward System Engineering responsibilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Informatiker EFZ, ICT-Fachmann EFZ) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in IT support, service desk, or system administration
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Basic understanding of networking, servers, clients, IT security, virtualization, etc.
- Enjoy explaining technical topics in an understandable way
- Interest in further professional development toward System Engineering
