About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You support projects from requirements elicitation and process modeling through to implementation for clients in the public sector
You work closely with business units, project managers, IT teams and other stakeholders
You analyze, gather and document functional and technical requirements
You ensure that processes are designed to be efficient, transparent and sustainable
You assist in the further development of existing systems and procedures
You facilitate alignments and workshops with diverse stakeholders
You identify optimization opportunities and develop pragmatic solutions
You operate at the intersection of organization, processes and technology

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced education or further training in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
Solid professional experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector or in regulated organizations
Good knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Certifications such as IREB or HERMES, or further training in Requirements Engineering & Business Analysis, are a strong advantage
Solid knowledge of UML and practical experience with corresponding tools
Confident and routine use of Jira/Confluence
Strong interest in IT and the digitization of business processes
Excellent skills in writing user stories and defining interfaces
