About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You lead engaging business software projects in HR Payroll and take responsibility for smooth implementation
- You advise and guide clients through all project phases, ensuring solution-focused collaboration
- You handle requirements management, analyze existing workflows and develop efficient processes
- You conduct practical training sessions and facilitate workshops to co-create appropriate, sustainable solutions with clients
- You act as the interface between developers and clients, ensuring smooth information flow throughout the project
- You contribute to testing and customer support, ensuring the solutions perform effectively in daily use
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed further education or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or HR Payroll (e.g., Swiss Federal Diploma in HR or Social Insurance)
- Solid professional experience and strong expertise in HR Payroll and social insurance
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for digitalization, new technologies, project management and business analysis
