About the role

  • Analyze and model business processes in the insurance and financial services domain
  • Develop and evaluate solution proposals regarding functionality, quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Capture, analyze and document business requirements
  • Implement customer requirements through parameterization in the core system
  • Support testing of new releases and configurations
  • Actively contribute to engaging projects
  • Implement new methods and technologies
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuously improve existing processes
  • Support business units in change and digitization/transformation projects
  • Analyze and document requirements and workflows
  • Assist with testing activities and quality assurance

Requirements

  • Completed education or degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector
  • Experience with parameterization of core systems
  • Strong methodological skills in eliciting and analyzing requirements
  • Very good English skills; French is an advantage
