About the role
- Analyze and model business processes in the insurance and financial services domain
- Develop and evaluate solution proposals regarding functionality, quality and cost-effectiveness
- Capture, analyze and document business requirements
- Implement customer requirements through parameterization in the core system
- Support testing of new releases and configurations
- Actively contribute to engaging projects
- Implement new methods and technologies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously improve existing processes
- Support business units in change and digitization/transformation projects
- Analyze and document requirements and workflows
- Assist with testing activities and quality assurance
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the teams
Requirements
- Completed education or degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector
- Experience with parameterization of core systems
- Strong methodological skills in eliciting and analyzing requirements
- Very good English skills; French is an advantage
