About the role
- Analyze and model business processes in the insurance and financial services domain
- Develop and evaluate solution proposals with respect to functionality, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Capture, analyze, and document business requirements
- Implement customer requirements through configuration of the core system
- Support testing of new releases and configurations
- Actively contribute to exciting projects
- Implement new methods and technologies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously improve existing processes
- Support business units in change and digitization projects
- Assist with testing activities and quality assurance
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the teams
Requirements
- Completed education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the insurance or financial sector
- Knowledge of core system configuration/parameterization
- Methodical competence in requirements elicitation and analysis
- Excellent English skills; French is an advantage
