About the role
- Independently lead engaging business software projects focused on hospital/patient administration processes; primary emphasis: tariffs & billing
- Guide and advise clients through all project phases, ensuring solution-oriented collaboration
- Own requirements management: analyze existing workflows and design efficient processes
- Deliver practical training and facilitate workshops to develop appropriate, sustainable solutions together with clients
- Apply your specialist knowledge in patient administration to strengthen the quality of client solutions
- Act as the interface between developers and clients, ensuring smooth information flow throughout the project
- Contribute to testing and customer support, ensuring the solutions perform reliably in day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Completed commercial or healthcare-related vocational training
- Further education in business administration, business informatics, project and/or process management (or similar) is an advantage
- Professional experience in a role with responsibility for patient administration or a comparable function within a hospital, clinic, or health insurance environment
- Important: knowledge of tariff systems and/or healthcare service billing
- Strong affinity for digitalization, new technologies, processes, and projects
