About the role
- Real estate accounting from A to Z — you handle it with ease
- You are the central point of contact for real estate accounting and ensure all processes run smoothly
- You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements precisely, clearly and transparently
- Rent collection and outgoing invoices — you efficiently manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and dunning processes
- Monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings are routine for you
- Security deposits and operating costs are safely managed by you
- You create lively, solution-oriented reporting and collaborate closely with property owners
- You present analyses and statistics so that the numbers tell a clear story
- You drive projects: optimizing ERP systems and making processes smarter
Requirements
- Solid professional experience in property/real estate accounting
- Strong knowledge of heating and ancillary cost accounting
- Familiarity with VAT and annual financial statements
- Enjoy working with numbers, value clear structures and have a commitment to accurate, high-quality work
- Strong affinity for ERP systems (e.g., REM, Abacus, W&W ImmoTop, SAP)
- Understanding of property management and asset/object structures
