About the role

  • You take full project responsibility for IT initiatives in the role of IT Project Manager and/or Product Owner
  • You provide your clients with optimal guidance throughout the entire process
  • You lead workshops, gather requirements and develop use cases
  • You review existing processes and propose improvements
  • You anticipate clients’ needs in advance
  • You contribute your expertise and sales skills during the tender phase and in client presentations
  • You actively support Business Development activities
  • You enjoy assisting users with advice and hands-on support

Requirements

  • Completed education or further training in computer science, business informatics or business administration (HF, FH, University)
  • Proven professional experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Product Owner
  • Broad knowledge of and a strong affinity for IT — not just second-hand knowledge
  • Certifications related to project work (e.g. IPMA, Scrum, HERMES, Kanban, PRINCE2)
  • Excellent German language skills (C1 level) are a must
  • French and English language skills are an advantage
