About the role

  • You take project responsibility for IT initiatives in the role of IT Project Manager and/or Product Owner
  • You provide your clients with optimal consulting throughout the entire process
  • You lead workshops, capture requirements, and develop use cases
  • You analyze existing processes and propose improvements
  • You anticipate clients' needs in advance
  • You contribute your technical expertise and sales acumen during the proposal phase and in client presentations
  • You actively participate in business development
  • You enjoy supporting end users with practical advice and assistance

Requirements

  • Completed vocational or higher education in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Business Administration (e.g., HF, FH, University)
  • Proven professional experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Product Owner
  • Broad knowledge and a strong affinity for IT — not just by hearsay
  • Project-related certifications (e.g., IPMA, Scrum, HERMES, Kanban, PRINCE2) complement your profile
  • Excellent German skills (C1) are a must
  • French and English skills are an advantage
