About the role
- You are the “Face to the Customer” responsible for the long-term management of our enterprise customers – from onboarding through adoption to QBRs.
- You build trusted relationships and continuously develop them – including with multiple stakeholders on the customer side.
- You independently manage renewals and identify expansion potential (upsell/cross-sell) – together with our Account Executives you drive these opportunities to completion.
- You keep an eye on customer health (e.g., usage, engagement, NPS), spot risks early and proactively implement measures to prevent churn.
- You act as the internal voice of our customers and provide structured feedback to product development so we can measurably improve our product and processes.
- You develop customers into references, case studies and advocates.
Requirements
- You have experience in Customer Success / Account Management in B2B SaaS (ideally Enterprise) – including renewals and expansion.
- You have worked strategically and in a data-driven way (interpreting health signals and deriving actions).
- You communicate clearly and confidently and have strong negotiation skills – in both German and English.
- You are proactive and address issues before they grow.
- You enjoy using AI tools in your daily work and use them to scale preparation, analysis and processes.
- You are comfortable in a PLG environment where Sales and Product work closely together and you make an impact at that intersection.
