- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes
- Plan and manage IT-related process improvement projects
- Gather and evaluate business requirements
- Create detailed documentation
- Assess the impact of proposed changes
- Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders
- Ensure business processes comply with internal standards
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of professional experience in business process consulting or IT project management
- Experienced in process design, mapping, and optimization
- Successfully led or supported IT-driven process improvement or system implementation projects
- Comfortable collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience with common project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable certifications are a bonus, but not required
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Solid English skills, German and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Willing to travel and collaborate with teams across multiple locations
