About the role
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes, with a strong emphasis on IT- and software-supported automation
- Plan and manage IT-related process improvement projects from conception through implementation
- Gather and evaluate business requirements, define objectives, and translate them into actionable project plans
- Create detailed documentation including process maps, instructions, and project timelines
- Assess the impact of proposed changes and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to align on project goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Ensure business processes comply with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and milestones using suitable project management tools
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 3–5 years of professional experience in business process consulting or IT project management
- Experienced in process design, mapping, and optimization
- Led or supported IT-driven process improvement or system implementation projects
- Comfortable collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience with common project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar) is a plus
- PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable certifications are a bonus, but not required
- Solid English skills; German and/or Spanish is a plus
- Willingness to travel
