About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Preparation, coordination and responsibility for monthly closing;
  • Evidence and book-keeping of invoices, bank statements, accruals and provisions, reconciliation of accounts and tax returns in accordance with local GAAP;
  • Ensure meeting of internal and external deadlines;
  • Collection and processing of accounting documents to ensure correct and fast processing;
  • Administration and coordination of daily business within the Accounting Team;
  • Approval of invoices according to P3 internal procedures;
  • Preparation of cash transfers, distributions and payment of Invoices;
  • Liaise with Staff from other departments as necessary - providing proactive support and advice on financial issues as needed;
  • Handle ad hoc requests from Corporate Finance;
  • Participation in ad-hoc projects related to new systems or process optimizations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to the real estate sector and monthly closings
  • Strong ability to multitask with a structured and detail-oriented work style
  • Proactive, responsible, and confident in taking ownership of tasks and driving them forward
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder skills, with a hands-on approach to cross-departmental collaboration
  • German (native or bilingual) & English (professional working level)
