Accountant
P3 Logistic ParksAccountant preparing financial documents for P3, a leading real estate developer in Europe. Responsible for bookkeeping, monthly closing, and collaboration with other departments in Frankfurt.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Preparation, coordination and responsibility for monthly closing;
- Evidence and book-keeping of invoices, bank statements, accruals and provisions, reconciliation of accounts and tax returns in accordance with local GAAP;
- Ensure meeting of internal and external deadlines;
- Collection and processing of accounting documents to ensure correct and fast processing;
- Administration and coordination of daily business within the Accounting Team;
- Approval of invoices according to P3 internal procedures;
- Preparation of cash transfers, distributions and payment of Invoices;
- Liaise with Staff from other departments as necessary - providing proactive support and advice on financial issues as needed;
- Handle ad hoc requests from Corporate Finance;
- Participation in ad-hoc projects related to new systems or process optimizations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to the real estate sector and monthly closings
- Strong ability to multitask with a structured and detail-oriented work style
- Proactive, responsible, and confident in taking ownership of tasks and driving them forward
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder skills, with a hands-on approach to cross-departmental collaboration
- German (native or bilingual) & English (professional working level)
