About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform operational audits across P3 Logistic Parks' business as part of the internal audit team (travelling within Europe up to 15%).
  • Analyze processes, data and transactions, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate them into concrete audit recommendations.
  • Assess the suitability of current internal controls and make practical suggestions for improvement.
  • Review business compliance with all relevant policies, industry regulations and government legislation.
  • Prepare reports of audit findings and present recommendations to the business, the Head of Internal Audit and management.
  • Support the Head of Internal Audit on company-wide risk assessment and planning of the yearly audit engagement.
  • Help develop and improve the team's audit approaches, using data analytics, automation and AI tools where they extend coverage or efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • An open, curious approach to new tools — including automation and AI — and how they can improve audit work and business processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data, or a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in internal or external audit, controlling, or a comparable analytical/control role.
  • Integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a small team.
  • Degree in accounting, finance, economics, IT or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English.
