About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensuring, monitoring, and managing the operational technical property management.
Monitoring compliance with maintenance and inspection plans as well as general safety regulations and legal requirements.
Cooperation with public authorities on the replacement of technical installations.
Technical assessment, recommendation, commissioning, and coordination of CapEx and repair measures.
Coordination and supervision of external service providers.
Warranty management and insurance claims management.
Budget preparation and control.
Tendering for construction works and technical measures
Managing costs, quality, budget, and timelines.
Conducting regular property inspections.
Close collaboration with commercial property managers and asset management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in a technical field or technical training, preferably with an additional qualification (e.g., real estate economist)
Solid technical experience in property and/or facility management for commercial real estate
Independent and self-reliant working style
Strong network of craftsmen and service providers
Team player with commitment, flexibility, and assertiveness
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with CAFM systems, especially getFM & Singu
Experience with ERP/ Property Management systems, especially Yardi
Language skills: German (native or bilingual level), English (professional working level).
