Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Industrial real estate leasing expertise
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate market (experience in the industrial or retail segment is an advantage), with a proven track record of delivering measurable leasing results (occupancy, rental income, tenant mix)
  • Deal making, negotiation & commercial acumen
  • Strong ability to structure and negotiate complex lease agreements by combining commercial judgment, financial analysis, technical understanding, and empathy
  • Proactive, impact-driven mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively create opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and translate market insight into concrete leasing actions, with clear examples of measurable impact
  • Customer-centric relationship orientation
  • Proven capability to build and sustain trust-based relationships with tenants, agents, and internal stakeholders by understanding customers’ business models and delivering tailored leasing solutions
  • Financial, legal & risk awareness
  • Strong financial and analytical skills combined with solid understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of industrial real estate leasing, ensuring disciplined, compliant deal execution
  • Languages
  • French – native or bilingual level
  • English – professional working proficiency
