About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsibility for monthly reporting process including variance analyses and comments at property and Country level;
  • Cooperation and preparation of annual budgets and periodical forecasts at property and Country level;
  • Monitoring risks & opportunities in relation to performance, by actively discussing the business with other departments;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure achieving key performance objectives of the Country;
  • Provide financial insights to support leasing process, investment decisions, and other project evaluations (disposals, insourcing, etc.);
  • Perform deep dives into operational efficiency of the Country and suggest process improvements;
  • Support Country or Group management with ad-hoc analysis or presentations;
  • Champion the utilization of the P3's BI platform for the benefit of all departments at Country level;
  • Coordination and support to the auditor during the annual audit for Germany & Luxembourg;
  • Cooperation on Day to Day business tasks;
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects related to new systems or process optimizations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree or equivalent qualification in finance and accounting
  • 4-5 years experience in reporting, analysis, budgeting & forecasting
  • Strong MS Excel & PPT knowledge, experience with database tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Language skills: German (excellent knowledge), English (professional working knowledge)
  • Experience in real estate sector would be advantage.
