About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsibility for monthly reporting process including variance analyses and comments at property and Country level;
- Cooperation and preparation of annual budgets and periodical forecasts at property and Country level;
- Monitoring risks & opportunities in relation to performance, by actively discussing the business with other departments;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure achieving key performance objectives of the Country;
- Provide financial insights to support leasing process, investment decisions, and other project evaluations (disposals, insourcing, etc.);
- Perform deep dives into operational efficiency of the Country and suggest process improvements;
- Support Country or Group management with ad-hoc analysis or presentations;
- Champion the utilization of the P3's BI platform for the benefit of all departments at Country level;
- Coordination and support to the auditor during the annual audit for Germany & Luxembourg;
- Cooperation on Day to Day business tasks;
- Participate in ad-hoc projects related to new systems or process optimizations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree or equivalent qualification in finance and accounting
- 4-5 years experience in reporting, analysis, budgeting & forecasting
- Strong MS Excel & PPT knowledge, experience with database tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
- Language skills: German (excellent knowledge), English (professional working knowledge)
- Experience in real estate sector would be advantage.
