About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensuring, monitoring, and managing operational technical property management along with all relevant documentation.
Preparing a long-term technical maintenance plan for properties.
Monitoring compliance with maintenance and inspection plans as well as general safety regulations and legal requirements.
Technical assessment, recommendation, commissioning, and coordination of CapEx and repair measures.
Coordination and supervision of external service providers.
Warranty management and insurance claims management.
Conducting regular property inspections.
Preparing and managing CapEx and OpEx budget from the technical point of view, costs, quality, and timelines.
Supporting property and asset managers in their day-to-day duties from a technical perspective.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in a technical field, preferably in engineering, ideally in a strictly construction-related field, such as structural engineering or design
Technical experience in property and/or facility management for commercial real estate
Strong network of craftsmen and service providers
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to supervise works, oversee project execution, and prepare regular reports
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Problem solving attitude
Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and other relevant tools (experience with project management software would be an advantage)
Willingness to travel
Languages: Polish (native or bilingual) and English (professional working level - both written and spoken)
