About the role
- Act as the Deal Champ for acquisitions and disposals, assuming full ownership of internal and external coordination and organization, compliance with procedures, negotiation lead, and stakeholder communication throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Identify, evaluate, and present potential real estate transaction opportunities (both acquisitions and disposals) ensuring alignment with the P3-portfolio strategy and value optimization objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate players, foremost investors, developers and brokers to generate leads for both acquisitions and disposals.
- Manage leads, coordinate administrative processes, and ensure consistent dataroom activities through regular use of P3-Tools (e.g. UW-models, Tableau, Yardi, SharePoint, Drooms/iDeals) to monitor & report progress and drive transactions to completion.
- Gather, record, and analyze relevant comparables, current market reports and conditions through research, networking, site tours, and the continuous collection of market intelligence.
- Prepare non-binding offer letters / letters of intent, offering memoranda, deal presentations, transaction documentation, cash flow projections, and internal committee approval materials in advance of real estate transactions.
Requirements
- University degree in related field.
- Commercial mindset and drive able to distill key information and communicate to stakeholders.
- Real Estate experience or background essential, including a broad network of contacts.
- Analytical skills and experience, quick decision making to progress/stop the opportunity/deal.
- Self-driven personality taking over the responsibility following the approved rules and principles.
