About the role

  • Support the day-to-day marketing operations with a focus on asset-level materials, event execution, digital publishing, and back-office support. Bring P3’s brand to life across all channels and ensure flawless delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and update brochures, signage, and visuals for assets. Align content for brochures and project-webpages.
  • Liaise with corporate design support, external agencies and photographers to deliver top-quality materials.
  • Keep marketing asset databases (photos, layouts, maps, site plans) organized and up to date.
  • Plan and support open days, asset events, and exhibitions.
  • On-site setup: logistics, vendor coordination.
  • Capture event highlights and support post-event reporting (photos, media, social coverage).
  • Execute digital campaigns across web, LinkedIn.
  • Support the creation of short videos, posts, and visuals for social and digital use.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices.
  • Admin support.
  • Provide day-to-day support for cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of relevant marketing experience. Proven experience in a hands-on marketing role, ideally covering multiple marketing activities or channels.
  • Strong ownership mindset and hands on mentality. Ability to take ownership of marketing tasks, coordinate projects, and manage external vendors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and process accuracy.
  • Understanding of business and commercial goals. Must have commercial understanding and be able to help with leasing and asset management activities. **Experience with commercial oriented role in the past is a plus.
  • Ability to work in an international team, initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, goal-oriented approach to work.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
  • Languages: German (native or bilingual level), English (professional working level), Dutch and French are a plus.
