About the role

  • Build and maintain direct relationships with tier-one crypto, finance, and tech journalists.
  • Turn our data, partnerships, and product launches into compelling, newsworthy narratives.
  • Position P2P.org’s executives as go-to experts on topics like staking economics.
  • Develop and execute monthly PR calendars aligned with our campaign narratives.
  • Manage sensitive communications with clarity, judgment, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tier-one media outlets in crypto, finance, or tech.
  • Deep knowledge of staking, DeFi, and institutional crypto markets.
  • Demonstrable success securing earned coverage (not paid placements) in top-tier publications.
  • Understand how PR impacts business outcomes.
  • Craft pitches that cut through inbox noise.
  • Use data to prove the impact of PR on brand awareness, media share of voice, and market positioning.
