Manage one or more Operational Maintenance (MCO) or obsolescence remediation projects, from the tender phase through to delivery.
Contribute to the preparation of technical and financial proposals.
Oversee overall project monitoring: financial reporting, scheduling, and facilitation of internal and external reviews.
Ensure that delivered technical content complies with customer requirements, meeting deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
Identify, anticipate and mitigate technical and organizational risks.
Monitor cost, quality and schedule indicators to ensure project performance.
Produce associated technical documentation and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and lessons learned.

Requirements

Engineering degree or equivalent Master's level (Bac+5) in industrial, electronics, computer science, or mechanical engineering.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in industrial project management, preferably in Defense, naval, or public sector environments.
Knowledge of project management (scheduling, budget management, contractual follow-up).
Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities.
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) for communication and documentation.
Willingness to travel within France and to participate in workshop tests or on-site client activities.
