About the role
- Ensure the technical operation and safety of a hotel property
- Supervise maintenance activities and lead a small team
- Collaborate with hotel management and external service providers
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment
- Ensure regulatory compliance: fire safety, hygiene, accessibility
- Manage external contractors and oversee maintenance contracts
- Control inventory and budgets related to technical equipment
- Participate in energy management and environmental improvement initiatives
- Contribute to guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Technical qualification (maintenance, electrotechnics, building trades, HVAC engineering or equivalent)
- Significant experience in a similar role, ideally in hospitality or serviced residences
- Knowledge of ERP regulations (Établissement Recevant du Public) and fire safety standards
- Solid foundation in team management and administrative follow-up
- Proficiency with basic computer tools
