About the role
- Lead cross-functional IT and logistics projects, including ERP, WMS and transportation systems.
- Analyze business requirements and propose IT solutions tailored to logistics processes.
- Act as the interface between business teams and technical teams to ensure solution consistency.
- Define and monitor project schedules, budgets and deliverables.
- Manage change with end users, organize training sessions and provide post-deployment support.
- Write functional specifications, participate in testing and validate implemented solutions.
- Monitor logistics and IT KPIs and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and tools through digital solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems or equivalent
- Significant experience in IT and logistics project management
- Proficiency with IT tools and logistics systems
- Ability to work at the interface between IT and the business and to support teams through digital transformation.
