About the role

  • Lead cross-functional IT and logistics projects, including ERP, WMS and transportation systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and propose IT solutions tailored to logistics processes.
  • Act as the interface between business teams and technical teams to ensure solution consistency.
  • Define and monitor project schedules, budgets and deliverables.
  • Manage change with end users, organize training sessions and provide post-deployment support.
  • Write functional specifications, participate in testing and validate implemented solutions.
  • Monitor logistics and IT KPIs and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and tools through digital solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems or equivalent
  • Significant experience in IT and logistics project management
  • Proficiency with IT tools and logistics systems
  • Ability to work at the interface between IT and the business and to support teams through digital transformation.
