About the role
- Secure and standardize the security architecture of industrial environments (networks & systems)
- Reduce OT-specific cyber risks (segmentation, remote access, detection) and ensure regulatory compliance (LPM / ANSSI)
- Strengthen operational resilience (BCP/DRP) and support project teams for consistent application of security requirements (build/run/MCO)
- Design and evolve network/system security architectures for industrial environments (IT/OT)
- Perform risk analyses (infrastructure, systems, processes) and present risk reduction recommendations
- Define, document and maintain standards / frameworks / cybersecurity architecture models (diagrams, Technical Architecture Documents (DAT), architecture dossiers)
- Contribute to the selection and scoping of technical solutions (industrial firewalls, segmentation, secure remote access, SOC monitoring, etc.)
- Provide technical support to project teams (build/run/MCO) and lead workshops/sensitization sessions on secure design
- Define security validation testing strategies/plans and produce gap reports and improvement plans
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Cybersecurity Architect
- At least 10 years' experience in cybersecurity
- Mandatory experience with industrial systems (OT)
- OT/IT cybersecurity architecture (industrial networks, segmentation, firewalls)
- Risk analysis & threat/risk assessment (industrial information systems)
- Compliance & standards (LPM, ANSSI, ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, IEC 62443)
- Platform & systems security (Windows/Linux, hardening, IAM, cryptography)
- Monitoring & detection (SIEM, IDS/IPS, SOC) + Kubernetes security
