About the role

  • The primary objective is to manage a variety of cybersecurity projects, requiring a solid understanding of both technical and functional issues.
  • The Project Manager may also be involved in contract management related to the renewal of a security solution.
  • He/she will be an integral part of the project team and will be expected to participate in various internal governance bodies.
  • Types of projects include: Deployment of cybersecurity solutions
  • Compliance projects (GDPR, NIS2…)
  • Remediation or action plans resulting from audits/penetration tests
  • Integrating security into major IT projects
  • Project scoping (issues, objectives, scope, risks)
  • Project management according to best practices (schedule, budget, quality, communication)
  • Coordination of stakeholders (business, IT, cybersecurity, vendors, software publishers…)
  • Deliverable tracking and reporting (prepare and run project committees, participate in steering committees, provide slides for the Cyber SteerCo, keep the project portfolio tool up to date)
  • Alignment with security requirements (internal frameworks, MSR, Security Policy, DPSAT, DSIP, NIS2, etc.)
  • Perform project budget tracking

Requirements

  • Strong background in cybersecurity (solutions, risks, regulations, best practices).
  • Familiarity with standards and frameworks: NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001, EBIOS, etc.
  • Understanding of IT environments: infrastructure, networks, cloud, IAM, systems.
  • Experience in remediating technical audit findings is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project methodologies (Agile, V-model, PMO, PRINCE2…).
  • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Ability to manage budget, effort and schedules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Rigour, analytical mindset and strong organizational skills.
  • Autonomy, proactivity and the ability to make decisions.
  • Leadership and ease leading meetings and committees.
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
